Competenz is a multi-sector Industry Training Organisation (ITO). We design and manage technical and business qualifications to make sure the New Zealand workforce is highly skilled. Every year, we work with more than 3,500 businesses in 37 industries, helping over 20,000 people develop their skills on the job. We work with our industry partners to understand the skills your employees need and to develop national qualifications that will help your learners build those skills.
